1. Beta Software

This is beta software provided "as is" for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, functionality, and availability may change or be discontinued without prior notice. By using this software, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

2. Privacy & Data Processing

All document processing occurs 100% locally in your browser using WebGPU technology. Your financial documents, analysis results, and personal data are never uploaded to any external server. We do not collect, store, or have access to any documents you analyze.

Documents are processed entirely on your device
No cloud uploads or external API calls for document analysis
Your workspace is encrypted with AES-256 using a password only you know
Financial data including 10-K, credit agreements, and spreadsheets remain local

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

RegSecure AI Finance is a tool designed to assist with financial document analysis. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counsel. Always consult qualified professionals for financial and legal matters. AI-extracted metrics should be verified before use in decision-making.

4. Intellectual Property

RegSecure AI Finance and its underlying technology are proprietary to Particular Ltd. Patent Pending. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software during the beta period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Particular Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RegSecure AI Finance, including but not limited to investment decisions made based on AI analysis.

6. Transition to Paid Version

When the commercial version launches (estimated Q2 2026), free beta access will end. Beta users will need to subscribe to continue using the service. Early adopters may receive preferential pricing.
